A Management Memo does exactly that - and in this workshop, you'll build yours. We'll walk through the sections that matter (values, communicating style, what delights you, what drives you nuts), make decisions together about what to include, and you'll have real language to borrow and adapt from a memo I've been refining for over 15 years. 

By the end, you'll know exactly how to use it, and get a clear sense of how to make it actually useful - not just a document that lives in a folder somewhere.
