Together, we’ll work through the key questions every team needs to answer: When do we email vs. text vs. call? What does an X-hour response expectation really mean for us? Who needs to be in the loop - and how? You’ll leave with a strong draft of a Communications Norms framework and guidance on how to get team input to take it to the finish line and implement it. This set of norms will reflect your team’s real context, channels, and culture - not a template you pulled from the internet and promptly forgot about.
